Jan Korwin-Kochanowski Exhibition February - May 2010

The club was contacted recently by a local art dealer owning a large collection of drawings and paintings that were done by a member of the club between 1950 and 1970. His name was Jan Korwin-Kochanowski. He was a very talented painter and a much respected personality at the club over that period. We were asked if we would like to borrow them for a short while for an exhibition before he splits them up to sell on Ebay. We have taken this opportunity and put together a selection of the paintings on one wall in the main studio. If you are interested in owning any of the works you will be able to put an offer in on the Ebay site after the exhibition which will come down to make way for our own club show in May.
